our Process

We are a design build contractor with in-house drafting and estimating. We pride ourselves on the work we do upfront to ensure a smooth building experience. We also work with and have many connections to other drafters and architects in the valley. We build in our own subdivisions, on your own lot, and in some cases even helping the owner procure property for their project to be built on. We are here to serve you.

Design + Estimating

With in-house drafting and estimating, we have the ability to adapt and change the project to align with the project budget. With the detail estimating we perform at the beginning of the project, our goal is to plan and eliminate as many unknowns and surprises as possible.

Build

We build using the highest quality materials and building practices. In every scenario quality is the primary driver over speed. We build year round – rain, snow, sunshine, or wind.

Complete

Our goal on every project is to eliminate all punchlist items before you occupy your home or building. We work closely with our employees and subcontractors to ensure your project is completed timely.

our story

Mike Klauck Construction was founded by Mike Klauck in Springville, Utah in the year 1988 – after many years of working with his father in home energy conservation business and framing homes, Mike set out on his own to build custom, energy efficient homes. In addition to building homes, Mike has developed and built on several of his own subdivisions over the years including a 55+ community in Springville and most recently Twin Hollow in Mapleton. With many repeat customers, Mike’s vision has always focused on the philosophy “it’s your home, your money, and we work for you”.
